Learn tips and techniques to begin meditating or enhance your current meditation practice. You’ll also learn breathing techniques that help with anxiety, fatigue, stress, exercise performance, and a host of other wonderful benefits!
We will be meditating during this workshop so wear comfy clothes. Feel free to bring a pillow, bolster, or yoga mat if you have them. If not – no worries – meditation really just requires you to show up…. it’s that simply!
